I didn't use the tennis balls, so I'm assuming that's what made it look like crap unless I dried it at the wrong temp?
We have down pillows so I dry them on air, but I thought I could dry the boppy on high? I'll probably try washing it again before I get a new one.
I always do the tennis ball trick when washing our pillows. It helps keep the shape and helps beat out the extra moisture. I put the tennis balls in socks and dry on low heat. It usually takes a couple of dry cycles.

Thanks I'll try washing it again -- hopefully it works! (I'm irrationally attached to the boppy).
