One big job done!

Okay so our spare room is going to become the twins bedroom.  I finally got my butt in gear yesturday and cleaned it out.  The closet in that room was so full of crap, I couldn''t believe it.  I knew t was a lot of work but I got it all done in 6 hours lol.  Now I am motivated to set it up for the babies.  But we have one more sleep over with my niece and then I can get it all ready.

What a relief.....just thought I would share my BIG accomplishment.....lol

Thanks

  • Congrats! Getting the nursery together was so much fun for me! Hubby wasn't very excited about having to paint because we're in an apartment and he has to paint it back to white when we move, but he did it and it came out great! I looked at the Apartment Therapy Family blog (was Ohdeedoh) so often for nursery ideas! Are you a DIY kinda gal too?!

  • Yuppers I sure am and so is my husband.  I have had all this week off and next week too so I really wanted to take advantage of my time and tackle the job.  We don't need to paint.  We aren't really doing a big theme in the room but the room is already a light grey colour and I think I will find some wall stickers and bedding if I can on CAT IN THE HAT.  It's gender neutral and a theme they won't really grow out of too quickly.  A boy and a girl sharing a room for awhile so they better get along and enjoy the theme.......lol

What did you do for your nursery JEliseS?
