  At the bottom of the board there is a tab that says viewing options. Click the drop menu where it says sort and choose last post date and click apply.

  I giggled at the *edited to make sense* part.  :-)  I did that and low and behold the FAQ showed up...but still doesn't when I'm logged in and viewing the board like I typically do.  Thanks for the tip!

  Mine doesn't have it either, never has.  Not quite sure why.
