I'm almost 14 weeks and I feel like my bloat bump has gone down, and now I look like my unpregnant self. I'm ready to start looking pregnant! Also, the place that I find the baby's hb with my doppler seems to have moved lower, instead of higher- like I have to angle it under my pubic bone now. This just seems opposite of what it should be to me! Guess since I'm still finding the hb I shouldn't be worried?

"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?...But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:26-27&33-34
This. The bump will come soon enough....trust me.

I'm a week ahead of you and I'm the same way. My bloat has gone down, and there is barely anything there! I swear I looked more pregnant a couple of weeks ago! Alas, all of my symptoms are still here, so I'm sure I'm still pregnant. I think it's just that awkward time before you pop.
In a couple of weeks you'll be amazing by the way your belly looks in comparison!
Even though your uterus is growing, the baby can go whereever it wants, so it's fine if it's hanging out down low. Also, with DD I couldn't even see my own bump when I was standing up until about 21ish weeks. By about 18 weeks I could see and feel it when lying down (instead of just going down from my rib cage to my pelvis, it went down and then bumped back up). And it wasn't until way later - like around 28ish weeks - that I was visibly pregnant to the public.
This time I've got fat in the way that has been pushed out to kind of look like a bump already. I'm just going to go ahead and call it a bump. I can't suck it in and it's being caused by the baby, and it's not going to go away before this pregnancy is over.

I popped this week. Literally woke up the other morning and said, "Uh...DH's name.." His response? Oh look there's our baby!
I looked bloated IMO before then. DH swore I started showing circa 8 weeks.
Your baby is probably chilling upside down at the moment.
Try to enjoy the lack of belly! Soon it will be huge and hard to breathe or eat. So breathe deeply, fill the stomach, and enjoy sitting up straight!
I'm 14 1/2 weeks and all I've got is some pudge below my belly button and nothing else is getting bigger. Unless you count my boobs, which went from an A-cup to... a full A, I guess? What the hell, I was looking forward to actually having a chest, and so far all I gained was half a cup size. :-P
I can tell I'm pregnant because I know how flat my belly normally is, but I doubt I look pregnant to strangers yet. Last week my mom actually laughed at me when I told her my belly was getting a little bigger. I guess the advantage is that I still fit in all my usual clothing with room to spare! My mom barely showed with me until she was 5 months, and since I need to fit into a size 6 bridesmaid dress in a couple of months, I guess I should be grateful that I seem to be following in her footsteps. Fingers crossed for no expensive alterations! ;-)
I think the whole "showing" thing is really dependent on your body type. WTE and everything I have read online says that your uterus is about 3-4 inches below your belly button at 15 weeks and doesn't reach your bb until 20+ weeks, which is when most people start to really show. However, I am pretty small and narrow and have a REALLY short torso - and I could feel my uterus right below my belly button at 14 weeks. Now, at 15 weeks, it is at my bb and I have definitely popped.
As for what PPs have said about enjoying it now, just to offer the flip side of your worry - I love getting to show so early, but I am absolutely TERRIFIED of what I will look like at full term. My mom has the same body, and pictures of her pregnant with me are NOT PRETTY.
I didn't show with DS until about 1/2 way thru. Then I measured small around 30-32 weeks so I had to have extra appts and u/s's to make sure he was growing correctly. Turned out he was just fine but I am 5'8" and just carried him well so my belly didn't get that big until the very end. He was a healthy 8 pounder when he was born!!
