This fall I'm planning enrolling our lo in some type of class last sprin, she was in swimming class. I planned to do the same thing this fall. My lo is only child and doesn't go to daycare so I think some interaction with other kids is a good idea. Does any else's do the same thing or have ideas of different classes.

Re: Toddler Classes
Our community center offers Parent & Child classes for different age groups. We did the baby classes last year and will be going to the 1-year-olds class this fall. The classes consists of singing songs, playing games, and parent discussion time while the kids play together.
We'll probably also sign up for a swimming class.
I've been taking DD to Music Together ever since she was 3 and a half months old. It's great!! They have it all over the U.S. We are moving next month and I found another location nearby where we'll be moving to. I'm not sure if all the programs run it the same way, but her current program is a mixed-aged class, from newborn up to 5 years of age.
I am also interested in doing a second class once we get settled, whether it be swim lessons or something else offered at a community center.

DD and I have been doing a Mommy and Me class at a parenting center since she was 4 months old. We just finished her last infant group session and all the kids are graduating to the toddler class together starting in the fall. We also have done swim classes which are fun.
Today we tried out a Music and Sign language class which was neat and we may do that in the fall as well.
Once she is 18 months I will be signing her up for a mommy and me baby dance class and at 2 years old we will be starting mommy and me ice skating.
We also do activities with my meetup group all the time.
I am so excited to try different activities with her!
If you can get involved in a playgroup, that is great for socialization, for you and for her. We do one once a week and it's been great. I found my group through the hospital, but you can look on meetup.com for your area.
We are doing swimming also this Fall. I also got a groupon for Gymboree classes, so we'll be trying that for a month to see how he likes it. A lot of those baby gyms do a free trial class, so you can test it out before dropping a bunch of money on it.
