Eczema, how do you deal?

Any LOs have eczema? My DD has it all over her body and I'm putting on the lotion my pedi gave me, was wondering if anyone had any other advice? I was thinking an oatmeal bath...

    What lotion do you use? Aquaphor seems to help a little for us. Hydrocortisone cream makes her patches go away but I obviously don't want to use that daily.

    We used our pure cornstarch baby powder and it cleared up in 2 days completely

    We use Aveeno Eczema Therapy lotion on him at every diaper change. And we just got a new prescription for a hydrocortisone cream that our pediatrician instructed us to use every other day. After using it once on Tuesday, his eczema cleared up completely.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I actually gave DD a bath with regular oatmeal ground up in the coffee grinder and then the aquaphor ointment seems to be doing the trick.
