Those who had a c/s at 37 weeks...

My c/s is scheduled at 37 weeks 1 day due to a thin uterus with my 2nd baby.  It is two weeks from tomorrow and I am also getting my tubal done.  I am just getting nervous about my 3rd c/s and the tubal.  

How big was the baby at 37 weeks?   I go for a growth u/s next week but at 30 weeks it was about 3.5 lbs...and when I had my 1st (born at 35w, 3d, due to server pre-E) she was 4 lbs 13 oz.  I assume this baby will be about 5.5 lbs ...

    I delivered at 37 weeks due to pre-e and at our growth ultrasound a few days prior they estimated she was about 7 lbs. --when she came out she was 5 lbs 13 oz....so they were WAY off!

    Because of pre-e my son was born at 37 weeks. (Failed induction, c/s). He was 7 lb 6oz. ETA: I didn't have a current estimation at that time.

    My situation is a little out of the norm, but I had a 9lb 3oz baby at 37.5 weeks!!  She was breech, and c/s was scheduled for 39 weeks, but I went in to labor early.  I had a growth u/s a few days before that and they estimated her at 8lbs, so they underestimated a little bit.

    I have 13 days till my rcs.  I will be 37w3d.  DD was born @ 36w6d and she was 6lb6oz.  I had a growth u/s a week ago and baby was measuring 5lb8oz.  I'm thinking when the time comes, baby will be between 6 1/2 and 7lbs.

    my ginormous baby was 10lb 3oz at 37w 2d. i had an u/s the day before where they estimated him to be just about that size, and my water broke the next day.

    Mine was 7lbs 6oz.

    ETA: She was estimated at 7lbs 14oz two days prior to delivery.

    35w1d- DS measured between 5 and 5.5 pounds, according to the U/S.

    He was born 36w4d via Emer C/S due to superimposed pre-e and fetal distress during the induction. He weighed 5 lb 13 oz.

    I also delivered my 3rd early due to a thin uterus with #2. My first was 6lbs12oz at 41 weeks, second was 7lbs1oz at 38 weeks. My third was 6lbs15oz at 36w4d.

    Best of luck to you! My 3rd c/s was the easiest of all.

    Agreed! those "estimated" baby weights (in my experience) were not close at all! Hopefully all will go well and you will deliver a healthy baby!!! GL!!!
