The disposable pads work fine during the day but at night if I move too much and my breasts move positions then I am drenched by the time LO is ready for his next feeding. I was just wondering if you ladies had any suggestions? as I type I am feeding LO on one side and have a burp cloth covering the other because my bra was damp because of the leaking/positioning when we both woke up and it actually feels kind of nice to not be wearing a bra for once. Has anyone used lilypadz? I was researching them and they seem like a good product but any firsthand experience is much appreciated.
Re: Nursing pads at night
Haha, I love it! I have totally thought of doing the pad thing but haven't actually done it. There just has to be a better solution.

I use Avent Breast Shells. They actually catch the milk and then you just need to rinse them out when you are done. I am using them because I have damaged nipples and I don't want my nips touching cotton nursing pads while they heal - but they work for keeping me dry too. Although, I do spill them sometimes, lol.
I also remember in my breastfeeding class, the LC suggested buying one pair of more expensive nursing pads. I don't remember the brand, but they make some with gortex and they are supposed to last longer. She suggested them for when you have a special event like a wedding - but maybe they'd be good for overnight too.
