posting picture help

in December 2011 Moms

every single time i try to post a picture, it never works. i am uploading to photobucket, then copying the html link & pasting it into the html code on here. am i doing something wrong? 

is there an easier site that i can try? i am on a macbook pro-  i don't know if that makes a difference? whenever i try to do it, the area where the picture should be just stays blank

    I have an original MacBook and I always use TinyPic. 

    A few tips...

    For "resize", I never leave it on the default.  I always choose 320 x 240

    When it uploads your pic, I copy the link for "direct link for layouts".

    just tried that & nothing happens once i paste the link into html, it stays blank. so weird. f..m...l i give up

    Hmmm...I don't know if I have any other advice.  :(

    What browser are you using?  I always use Firefox or Chrome.  I've never tried with Safari.

    that could be it. i use safari & i just upgraded to mountain lion os. i'm going to try on my husband's pc. thanks for your help!

    I use tiny pic. If you are trying to put it in your signature make sure to use the code that says this: IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards

    i think it's a safari or mountain lion thing b/c i can post on the pc fine. weird!
