I've recently switched to legs out with the tummy to tummy hold on my ring sling, but I'm concerned that her legs are getting pinched. When I loosen it she doesn't feel secure. Any advice?

The trick is to get her knees higher so the weight is not actually being put on the rails of the sling but on the middle where it creates the cradle. I would usually get it tight and in a good position and then be able to give a little slack on the bottom rail once the weight was supported properly.

i have a similar issue. see, it's that other leg, the one that's not showing, that is the one i think is getting pinched.
sometimes if i pull the bottom rail too tight DD cries, but when i loosen it, she stops. so obviously it does pinch!
That is exactly right!! It takes some messing with it to figure it out, but you can do it!M
