...PLEASE make me feel better about the fact that I'm 20w2d and barely feel my babies move from the inside let alone the outside.
I've asked about movement before but at 16w to which you were all so helpful, now that I'm further along and not feeling much more than at 16w, I'm imagining the worst. I do have a morphology scan Friday and will hopefully find out I have A/Ps or somethng but in the meantime I' ve come a freakin' expert at worrying.
Everything has been "normal" with this pg, thank God, so I guess I expect to be in the "normal" range with movement and since I don't really think I'm 'normal', I have something to worry about so I'm overdoing it. TIA.
Re: I Know We Are All Different But...
I don't think I felt any movement at all until 22-24 weeks. After that DD2 gave me a nightly preview of what she would be like outside of the womb and kept me up all night with her kicking
The worrying is also practice for when they're here. Are they eating enough? Are they eating too much? Same with sleeping. Oh my god, they're 4 months old and haven't rolled over yet?! It's constant and annoying and I try hard not to give into the worrying too much.
Good luck!

After 10 weeks of bedrest, our two little ladies joined us at 28w6d
It's not easy at all! Once they move then it's "are they moving enough?". I kept setting goals for myself like "after I get through the first trimester I won't worry anymore". That came and went. Then it was "after I feel them moving I won't worry anymore" and then "after I get past the magic point of 24 weeks I won't worry anymore". I finally just said "once they're here I can relax and stop worrying!". Lol, yeah, right!
I don't think it ever ends. My mom still makes me text her whenever I get home from leaving her house at night
I didn't feel any movement until 20 weeks, and even then I wasn't sure. I didn't feel a ton of distinct movement until 22-23 weeks or more.
Ditto PP about worrying...at the end the movement slowed down and since I was on bed rest I was hyper aware of the lack of movement. It never ends!

My blog * We made the national news!
I just started feeling them last weekend, and this is my 3rd pregnancy (my 1st 2 were singletons). With my 1st pregnancy, I rarely felt my son. If I had to count kicks, they probably would have thought something was wrong. I think DH felt him only once. With my 2nd pregnancy, he moved all the time. I don't think I felt either one until at 20-22 weeks.
With this pregnancy, the girl seems to be moving a lot, but the boy is pretty quiet. I haven't felt him that much. There is always something to worry about as a mom.

It was right around 20 weeks that all of a sudden I could feel them a ton! Strong kicks all the time and hubby finally felt them too! Their posterior so I think that's why it took a while but boy do I feel them now!! I love when they're head butting and kicking my bladder and cervix!
Try eating ice or something sugary! I'm sure you'll start feeling them soon!
