EBF and I'm always hungry

Normal, right? DD is 9 months old and nurses 6 times a day. I feel like I snack all day. I'm not gaining weight, which is not really my concern. Just wondering if I'm the only one that is always hungry. Like right now Stick out tongue

I'm glad that I'm not the only one. I have two eggs with whole wheat toast for breakfast and I'm still hungry! So I go for breakfast #2, a bowl of cereal Embarrassed

I'm a bottomless pit. Seriously. I'm not worried about it at all right now - with that said I certainly hope I remember how to consume a normal amount of food once I'm done nursing or I'll likely balloon up!

Me too! I have to eat 4 full meals a day and snacks in between. If I don't eat every 4 hours, I get the shakes! I am starting the weaning process now and am scared I'm going to blow up! lol Hopefully the appetite goes away when the BF does!

I go back and forth, some times I eat all day and others I'm certain I'm putting out more calories than i'm getting

Liam nurses pretty much every 3-4 hours still and is very healthy though.

i agree! i eat and eat and eat ALL DAY. i try and keep it healthy, but i've gained so much weight.

weight leads to depression.

depression makes me eat.

i keep hoping that i'll drop some pounds after weaning her!

I guess it's normal. I feel like I'm always eating. It crazy, I can outeat anyone. My dh commented he misses eating my leftovers when we are out somewhere. lmao. I say I eat like a teenage boy. Now I'm pregnant and bf and it's crazy.
