Dr makes house calls?

Hey everyone, totally new here. I'm (tentatively) planning on birthing at home in a few weeks. I'm wondering if anyone knows a ped who would come out to the house.

Im going to ask my MW on Thursday and also call my chiro and see if he has any names, but meantime, anyone know any drs that would fit the bill?

Hmm, I didn't do a homebirth, but I think you (or your significant other) would just take baby to the pedi a few days after birth. I haven't heard of a pedi coming out to someone's house. I think your midwife would do basic checks on the baby to make sure there's not wrong.

Yeah, that's hoW we did it last time. I just don't really love our ped anymore.
