I feel like every day it changes but for me, the swelling has to be top on my list. Not too far behind is the shortness of breath and general achiness.
I have been very lucky and have had an easy pregnancy (besides morning sickness/nausea in the first 14 weeks). My tummy has a little more hair on it, but it's not terrible. I hate it though.
General achenes in my ankles and knee's. I've been pretty lucky and they don't typically swell unless I'm doing a LOT on my feet during the day. I hate how much they just 'ache' aug!
I have to admit that the pregnancy brain is really kicking my booty. I tried to get out of the shower yesterday without rinsing the conditioner out of my hair. This morning, I found it necessary to smear body wash ALL over my face, thinking it was my face wash. Funny thing is, I just got done washing my face about 30 seconds before that. It got in my eyes and BURNED!!!!

I don't know if it's because my body didn't have much time to rebound from DD or what but my belly, especially the lower part, has been really sore and tender. And I didn't have a c-section. It's strange.
I feel fantastic, so no real symptom to complain about. The only complaint I have is sex. It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just strange and uncomfortable. We need to find our groove so I can enjoy it again.

Same here. I feel so bad for DH because I have been avoiding sex because it feels weird/awkward. I don't wanna give up just yet, guess I need to get creative! LOL
SPD - symphysis pubis dysfunction - where it feels like your hoo-ha is splitting in half and it is amplified when you have to pee, which happens A LOT.
I find that it worsens when I exercise, but I want to keep exercising. Grrr!

Oh I know that feeling. We found a position by accident over the weekend during an ackward transition from one position to another that just so happened to be wonderful. It's a keeper!
Overall, I'm feeling pretty good! The last week, I have noticed myself tiring easily and have been kind of achy at night. I guess those are my big complaints. I hope it doesn't get too much worse!!
My most disliked pregnancy symptoms are increased migraines, hemorrhoids, restless legs at night, and insomnia. So basically I'm having a whole lot of fun right now. :P

While neither of these are off the charts bad, I'd have to go with the swollen and painful feet, that's super annoying. I literally can't go barefoot for longer then it takes to shower before they start to hurt. I need to ask Dr Google if flat feet goes away after giving birth.
Ohhhhh how do I choose.....being so completely exhausted constantly, general achiness, my appetite still being slim to nil, pregnancy brain (It's 100+ degrees out and the other day I tried to wear my coat to work....).....I could really go on for day. I'm really just ready for November. Lol
Price really been blessed with a pretty easy pregnancy. I would say my biggest complaint is shortness of breath and that I get real uncomfortable when I am on my feet too long.
Should make my return to school in a few weeks interesting!
Lately I've been blessed with the lack of sleep pregnancy symptom....I'm exhausted!!!
This plus peeing so much that I never want to ever pee again ever. I am using a roll or more of toilet paper A DAY. We should buy stock in Quilted Northern. And since I'm peeing so much, and wiping so much I'm getting chapped down there.

Horrible back/hip/pelvis pain. I can barely walk some days. I just bought a maternity belt, so hopefully that will help!
This would be my biggest complaint also. Apparently sleeping on my side does not help the matter either. I feel like poo when trying to get out of bed in the AM. I thought walking would help but it honestly just makes it worse. I shouldn't complain because this is really my only complaint, but it sucks.
I really thought it would be the hemorrhoids, since I've had trouble with that before, but miraculously, they have basically disappeared since I got pregnant! (I'm sure I just jinxed myself there.) But the constant peeing is SO annoying, and for the past week or two I've had really, really sore feet--I don't think they're even swollen (wearing flip-flops so I don't know for sure), but they hurt SO bad sometimes, I can barely walk. Feels like I spent the entire day before walking, even if all I did was sit at my desk. Other than that, I feel OK! It's hard to get used to the fact that I can't really lean over any more, and I'm bracing myself for things to get worse, but for now I'm doing OK.
For the most part, I am having an easy pregnancy, so I hate complaining... but, the most annoying thing has been the shortness of breath. I have had a hard time sleeping through the night- not able to get comfortable, peeing nonstop, etc.. but thankfully, that has been better over the last week or so.
I would have to say the round ligament pains are taking their toll on me. It feels ok if I am laying down, but when I sit in my chair all day at work, I want to cry. I feel so uncomfortable.
Charlie horses in my legs when I wake up each day. I stretch them as I'm waking up which apparently causes my calf muscles to knot up. It's a pretty annoying way to wake up.

The fairly intense pain in my right lower back is at the top of my list. Thankfully I have a wonderful massage therapist who is certified in pregnancy massage, but I don't get to see her as often as I would like. Second would be no stamina. I hate getting tired so easily. I feel like I never got that promised 2nd trimester energy boost. I very little motivation to do anything.
Reflux, its getting horrible to the point it wakes me up in the middle of the night and I feel like i could burn the house down. This baby is making me evolve into a dragon lol
My worst symptom right now is that I've been fighting nasal congestion that basically makes me feel like I have a cold ALL THE TIME. Doc says it's normal, but it really stinks. Other than that, I haven't been feeling too bad.
Fainting and burping. Though I would say the burps bother my husband more than me
Sometimes back pain, but if I avoid flat shoes for extended periods, it eases up tremendously. Only, I broke my comfy heals, I'm going to have to find another pair.

This! I feel the dragon thing completely. I have reflux episodes several times a day, and always worse when I go to bed. That's the symptom that's bothering me most right now! Second to that is the sciatic pain.

Close second would be my itchy belly.
