We leave on Thursday!!!

Thursday morning, we leave for Korea to go meet and bring home our son!!!! :-) He turns 21 months on Thursday, too!! We were matched with him almost exactly a year ago (on August 5th)... so its been a LONG year watching him grow up in pictures while we were waiting for paperwork to get moving...

   and now, its finally time!!! He will be our first, so we're scared, excited, nervous, wondering we're getting ourselves into... LOL Can't beleive it!!

   We leave on Thursday, and meet him on Monday the 13th :-) Please pray for smooth traveling for all 3 (!!!) of us, and for him to be comfortable with us, as well as for his foster family who I know are heartbroken to be "loosing" him after almost 2 years....

   I'll update with some pics as soon as I can :-)

    I am SO excited for you!!  I will definitely be praying for everything to go smoothly for everyone.  I can't imagine how you're feeling, and I can't wait to hear your update!!

    eeep!!  So excited for you!  I want to hear every detail, especially about the plane ride home (I need advice!).  You will be in my thoughts and prayers.  Cannot wait to hear an update.  Enjoy every second and drink him in!

    Back to RE Summer 2013. TTC journey continues: 

    Dx DOR, endometriosis, low sperm count 
    Clomid + IUI#1, #2 = BFN / IUI #3 = ???

    Laparoscopy scheduled December 2013

    Oh my gosh yay!!!!!!!!! 
    Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever!     08/2010- IUI #2
    06/2011- IVF #1 BFP!
    09/2011- Miscarriage at 10 1/2 weeks
    11/2011- FET
    01/2012- Start Home Study process
    03/2012- Home Study approved and now waiting on our child to find us!
    07/2012- matched with a BM who is due in October!
    11/10/12- our son is born!
    11/13/12- court grants us custody!
     12/28/12- finalization! Always ours in our hearts, but.now also ours forever
