So WhiteHouse had a post that made me think....

Has anyone else had gender related baby dreams that ended up being true?

I have had a ton of baby boy dreams - no baby girl dreams - and at my 16wk U/S the woman thought she might have seen a girl. I will find out for sure on Monday.

Just wanted to see how woman's intuition or mommy knows best is doing with the results?

Had a dream it was a girl....and sure enough, we are team Pink

My intuition said girl from day 1, and all the OWT pointed to girl, as well. But I still was floored when the u/s tech told us! Best moment of my life!!!

I have had multiple dreams that this LO was a boy, but it turns out we are having another girl.

I had dreams almost every night for weeks that it was a girl, which turned out to be correct! But, I think there's an OWT that says whatever you're dreaming of, you'll have the opposite.

I had a couple dreams that it was a girl. And even had a dream where the ultrasound tech told us it was a girl at our A/S. But we are having a little boy!

I had 2 dreams I was having a girl and sure enough when we had our a/s we were told our LO was a girl. Before that I was trying to prepare myself that they would say LO was a boy but nope girl. My SO felt the same since we found out we were pregnant he felt we were having a girl.

I had dreams before our A/S that this little one was a boy... even had a name in our dream! But, she's a little girl. Interestingly, my 4 year old has been calling her her "little sister" since she found out I was pregnant at just over 4 weeks.

I didn't have dreams about the baby's sex then or now... I have dreams I am pregnant but never is sex revealed.

I had a dream that I gave birth to a baby boy that morphed into a walking, talking 2 year old girl a couple of days later. We are having a girl, but I wouldn't put much stock in dreams.

Ditto. I had dreams that the HPT was positive a couple days before I peed on the stick, but I didn't and I still haven't dreamed about the sex.

I had very vivid dreams I was having a boy. In one dream, he was a blond hair, blue eyed boy looking right at me! At our a/s we found out we're having a boy!! I heard you dream of the opposite sex, definetly didnt happen to me!

I had two baby girl dreams; the first on the day I took a positive pregnancy test (it is what inspired me to test again after the first was negative) and then one about 2 months in. Never had a boy dream, and just had a gut feeling it was a girl, and it is.

Dream the opposite of what you are having...that is the Old Wives' Tale.

And if you read the comments in this thread, it seems to be correct in a lot of the cases!

I'd heard of this OWT too, and it was true for me. I had a bunch of girl dreams, and we're having a boy!

OMG I actually had a dream 2 nights ago that my baby told me it was a boy (kinda weird i know lol) but we have our A/S Thursday so i'll let you know then!

Intuition had me 100% convinced it was a girl (DH, mom, and MIL all thought girl, too). I had 2 boy dreams and was told it's a boy at the 20w a/s. I was shocked! We have a follow-up a/s scan tomorrow. Hopefully he's still a boy because we've already bought a bunch of boy stuff!
