the old wive's tale is that girls give you more m/s, I think. I'm sure the reality is more 50/50... but I did find this article that suggests that it might be true. https://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/19/health/19real.html
I had awful m/s with my DD and lost weight until halfway through 2nd tri. This time, I have nausea, but no vomiting and I am eating ton. The Chinese gender chart said boy for DD and girl for this one, so we will see!
i was sick everyday with DD from week 6 through week 13 and i have been even more sick this time around. most of my friends and family that have had boys have experience little to no m/s and my friends with girls definitely seem much sicker and for a longer period of time. i swear the old wives tale is true for the most part, of course there are always exceptions so only time will tell
I haven't had a girl, so it's hard to say, but I has M/S on and off throughout my entire pregnancy with my son. Given my hopes for a girl, I surely hope it isn't worse--yuck!
My mother was equally sick (hyperemesis) with both my brother and I for the entire course of each pregnancy.
Gender chart last time said I basically had a 1 in 12 chance of having a girl and that had already passed. What did I have? A girl! I had absolutely no m/s.

My first pregnancy was identical twin girls, and I had very little m/s - nothing a little snack and drink wouldn't cure. This time I have a faint but constant feeling of nausea. We'll see what this baby turns out to be.

I had very little m/s with DS. I would mostly get nauseous when I was hungry and only threw up twice. With this one, all of my symptoms are worse, including m/s. I've been losing weight since I got my BFP, whereas I gained the second I got my BFP with DS. I will be pretty surprised if this one is not a girl.
I had no m/s with my first pregnancy and chinese gender chart said girl....I have a DD. I've had one week of really bad m/s this time and chinese gender chart says boy.

I've had b, g, b, g and no m/s, just slight nausea here and there, more with #3 and #4 than the first two. This time I have m/s. No throwing up, but all day/all night nausea and a few gagging incidents.

With all 3 of my boys I had the worst m/s that would start at 4-5 weeks. I just wanted to die, lol. So far this time around no m/s what so ever. Hoping it means girl
With Oliver I had zero sickness. With my last two I threw up EVERTHING, and guess what? They were girls. This one I am getting it all. I am dizzy, hot then cold, no sex drive, tired, and sick as a dog. I think another girl is in my future, or maybe my hormones are all out of wack bc I just had a baby in April. Ugh, I wish we never had to deal with this sickness crap.
Re: Let's debunk... More m/s with...
I had none with my son. Terrible with this one. I also think this one is a girl (I also have bad acne this time).
My SIL had terrible m/s and was hospitalized with both her son and daughter though :-(
