IUI #4 today with different meds this time

I am scheduled for IUI number 4 this morning, and I am kind of nervous. If this one doesn't end in a BFP then we are going to start IVF treatment. This was a different cycle for us, with Menapur days 4 through 9, adding Ganerilix on day 9 and then Pregnyl on CD 10. (We have always done Femara and Follistim in the past). IUI scheduled for this morning CD 12. My last ultrasound was on CD 8 with the several follicles, and the largest being 15mm. It makes me a bit nervous not to know how many follicles there are and how big they might be with no ultrasound for the last 4 days. I had lots of EWCM yesterday at noon, so I was worried that I might have o'd yesterday.

All that being said, I think I am just worried that again we are doing something that I have no control over and I just have to sit back, try to relax and make it through the 2WW!!
