Is there a website you guys could recommend with recipes for this? I want to get started on cooking but I'm really not even sure where to begin... Thanks in advance!

I actually bought a book from amazon.com. It's called Don't Panic Dinner's in the Freezer. There are actually two books out now. I am going to get the second one once I go through all the recipes from the first. I freeze just about all of our meals. I make a lot of casseroles and freeze before I bake them. I also do burgers and meatloaf and things of that nature. What else is great is stuff you can put in the crock pot. I just put things the crock pot still frozen which works great.
I use a website onceamonthmom.com for ideas for freezer meals.
I've never been able to cook a month's worth of meals in one weekend like she does, but it's a great reference for what freezes well (and it's not just all casseroles, either.) Also grocery lists and tips for large batch cooking and recs on how to make it stay food safe.
She has many different menu options; traditional, Vegetarian, GF, Paleo, etc, and also a baby food section.
Thank you for all of the replies! I'll look into all of those... I think my mom actually has a copy of Don't Panic Dinner's in the Freezer. It rings a bell somewhere in the back of my mind!
