    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 150
    Milestones towards goal: 10lb increments

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Barely drank any pop (I just hate plain old water), and ate more veggies. Pureed a couple batches of baby food for freezer.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Get back to the gym....sunburn has dissipated finally and will be able to run comfortably now. 
    Nutrition goals: Snack less!
    Self care goals: Get out of this ponytail rut...actually did my hair today so we are off to a good start this week.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Kick it into high gear!
    Miscellaneous goals: Keep up with freezing/canning veggies from garden...don't let them go to waste.

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 150
    Milestones towards goal: 170, 160, 150

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Lost 3 lbs! Started yoga again and went on some walks.  Also my boss ordered pizza one day and I said no!  (and it smelled freaking yummy).  We ordered chinese yesterday and usually I like to get these sugar donuts that are amazing... and I didn't this time.  Baby steps :)

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Daily yoga, and daily walks.
    Nutrition goals: Continue 1 can of pop a day max, maybe try and go a few days without.  Also keep up with eating more balanced meals with veggies, and healthier snacks.  Also try to say no to ice cream as much as possible.
    Self care goals: Keep working on getting to sleep earlier
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Great start, keep it going mommy!
    Miscellaneous goals:get baptism scheduled, keep working on cleaning bits of clutter each day.

    Last weeks successes: I lost 4lbs putting me at 175

    Fitness goals: abs and legs workout 5 days a week
    Nutrition goals: keep doing ww
    Self care goals: 
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: it can only get better
    Miscellaneous goals: work on planks my stomach muscles are currently pathetic

    Last weeks successes: Finally made it below 170!!

    Fitness goals: exercise 3x
    Nutrition goals: continue to increase fruits and veggies
    Self care goals:

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 130
    Milestones towards goal: 167 (5%), 161 (pre pregnancy weight), 158 (10%), and then I'll see from there. 

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Lost 1.4lbs.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Not much; still recovery from surgery last week. 
    Nutrition goals: Stay w/i my ww points
    Self care goals: Not overdo it and allow myself to rest and recover from surgery. Also to complete my cle credits.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I can do this.
    Miscellaneous goals: To finish shredding and filing paperwork and to send in my paperwork to go back to work.

    Last weeks successes: No weight loss or gain again.. still holding at pre-preg weight (139).

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Need to work out more... need to find time!
    Nutrition goals: Keep up eating at home/making dinner/lunch for work
    Self care goals: Pedicure soon
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Stay positive!
    Miscellaneous goals: Get out for some night walks with the kids

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: lost .8, wore a pre-baby outfit on Saturday! The pants were still 1 size bigger than most of my prebaby clothes but they are still pre baby clothes!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Zumba
    Nutrition goals: Eat balanced meals...less dessert
    Self care goals: Get a pedicure
    Mantra/positive thought for the week:Slow and steady
