bob or city mini?

Which does everyone recommend?, it is for my sister she will be using it for outings but not for rugged terrain or jogging she lives in the city so would be walking on concrete most of the time or perhaps the mall...  tia

    We originally wanted a BOB but went with the City Mini and I'm glad since it's a lot lighter and easier to get in and out of the trunk. We were always very happy with it. I'd go with a BOB if you will be on a lot of rough terrain and/or wanting to actually jog with it.

    I have a Bob.  it's awesome but, it's big, heavy and cumbersome.
