I was induced at 37 weeks at 0 cm and 0% effaced. It ended up being 37 hours of labor I went through the first 31 hours med free except some anti nausea meds. Once I caved and asked for the epidural it didnt even work!! So yes, it is definitely possible, hard, but possible and totally worth it of course. Good luck!!!
I was induced and used no pain meds for my 1st. I had horrible pubic symphysis dysfunction so I was in pain for most of my pregnancy. What helped me was the use of a TENS unit and giving birth on my side rather than my back.
My Bradley instructor was induced with her first and did it med free. She said at times it was difficult to stay on top of the contractions, but completely doable if you are prepared and have good support. She had her husband as a coach and a doula.

I was induced due to being a week and a half overdue. It took three days for me to give birth as they kind of worked their way up the types of induction. Day 1, cervidil and cytotec. Day 2, they broke my water. Day 3, they started Pitocin in the morning and slowly ramped it up through the day and I gave birth to my daughter at 5:11 p.m. No painkillers.
I did a lot of moving around (when on the IV, they gave me a walking pole and they had wireless monitors), bouncing on the birthing ball, and for transition they put me in a warm tub.
