  I've been making baked oatmeal that lasts me the week and it usually calls for half & half or milk but I had left over heavy cream and threw it in because that's how I roll.  It was goooood.  Lemme know if you're interested, I'll link the recipe.

  I'd love the recipe for this! One recipe that lasts all week, yes please!

  I use it in my tea.  For bigger quantities, I made a corn and red pepper chowder.  Or homemade ice cream!

  my mom used to make a chocolate mousse cream pie when i was a kid -- i know that involved heavy whipping cream.

  Homemade whipped cream? 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix on high until you get stiff peaks.
