I don't feel like working...

but I have to because I started a new job June 11 and we have 2 major projects launching in August (I'm due 9/13). Ugh. How am I going to get through this next month when all I want to do is go home and lie on my side watching bad TV and bumping before #2 arrives? It's all I can do to still look presentable at work anymore!

Ugh, I hear you. I started this job in March, and while I really like it, I'm ready for leave at this point. I have some major stuff days before I'm due (9/14), so you know this LO will come early, lol.

I feel like a kid a month before summer vacation...I just don't care anymore. I'm doing my job of course and getting stuff done but my mind is elsewhere!!

I don't feel like working either. I had my shower yesterday and we stayed up late organizing and setting things up. I'm beyond exhausted this morning

It takes every ounce of energy for me to get ready and leave for work! Then when I am here, it takes every ounce of concentration and MANY breaks to get anything done! All I want to do is be home and getting ready for LO or watching TV.

I feel like August may never end

I'm checked out, too. Just started 2 new analysts and am trying to expedite a budgeting season on top of work on several other special projects......I didn't realize it was possible to function under so much stress, especially while pregnant! All I want to do is lay on my couch and get started watching Downton Abbey.

I'm trying not to think about the fact it's August so I'll stay even remotely focused. I really just want to go back home and relax. Especially days my boss decides to be a pain! I keep thinking makes time go a little quicker and it'll be over soon. I can't wait until I start training the temp person.

I'm right there with you, with a major launch happening over my maternity leave, I'm try to prepare everyone else as much as possible. When I get to work, sometimes I have to sit in the car for several minutes just to will myself to go inside.
