Constipated from formula switch??

So we had to switch LO's formula from Nutramigen to Neocate due to her reflux/tummy issues. We did this on Thursday after her 2 month appt. She was pooping good on Friday, one after every feed. Now she has pooped since yesterday (saturday) morning and she definitely needs to, she strains and her face goes bright red trying to push it out. She usually poops AT LEAST twice a day.

Is this from the formula switch? How long until I should do something about it and what would I do for her?  Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

    My LO will occasionally go up to 48 hours without pooping, even without switching formula.  My pedi says it is normal and as long as it isn't hard pieces when it finally comes out, it's not really considered constipation.  I would say if it gets to be more than about 48 hours, I'd call the pedi and ask.
