Since it's so slow around here.... here's another gem of a name from a FB "friend"..... Brighcyn... for a boy Indifferent

    Ugh...the only thing worse than a crazy name, is a ridiculous spelling for an OK name

    that makes it worse. I never would have gotten to Bryson from that. Scary!

    Lol!  Yeah, she's a girl I went to HS with.  I wouldn't have even considered her a friend then... but somehow we're FB friends.  She has four other kids, and they have pretty normal names (Kyler, Zachary, Emma, Addicyn), so I was kind of surprised when I saw what she named the fifth...

    Yes, very true!!  I guess little brother had to have a matching -cyn on his name too...

    I actually did get "Bryson" from that, but that doesn't make it even the least bit better.  Bryson, eh, NMS but not bad.  But Brighcyn?  Really?  Come on. 

     I think we all need to pitch in and start an ad campaign that tells all these crazies that their youneek name spellings suck.
