Did anyone do is? My girls go to bed around 730 and usually sleep for 6-7 hours then eat and then sleep another 4-5 hours. I was thinking of trying a dream feed at 11pm to see if they'd sleep till 6 or 7 am that way.
Good idea? Bad idea? I feel like they sleep really well for their age, so I don't want to screw them up.

Re: Dream feed?
I used to do this and it worked great. They would fall asleep at around 8pm and I would feed them again at 10pm right before I went to bed. I did it for about a week or so and then I forgot to a couple times and they just slept through the night, right around 4 months old, so I stopped.
Good luck!
My girls still get up 2-3x a night and for the day at 5/5:30 quite often (UG!) We tried a dream feed but it didn't work for us....we tried feeding them about 9:30ish (they go to bed about 7:00) when I was ready for bed and they were still up like usual at 1am. Might be because we never tried this when they were younger (they are 6 months).
Then the following week they went from 6:45-5am and then 12:30-6:30am so I'm glad I didn't try and feed them prior to that. Then one of them got sick this week so I think it will be a few days before we see any of those long stretches again.
I was worried it would make them wake up more with their personalities, and I know that can happen with some. Just try it (maybe on a Friday night before a weekend) and then you will know.
I started doing this at 4.5 months. At the time they were going from 6pm-2am as their longest stretch of not eating (they still woke up several times- we were in a really bad sleep situation at the time). I rearranged their longest stretch so that I would feed them again around 9pm and then not again until 5am. I'm still doing this because I don't really know how to drop the dreamfeed. I don't want to just skip it because I feel like, at this point, they count on it and need those calories. I'll probably either start reducing the amount of time I feed them little by little or moving it up until it merges with their last feeding.
ETA: I BF so I don't have the option of just adding those ounces to other feedings during the day by adjusting the amount in their bottles.
