Summerwood Question

Does anyone live in the Summerwood subdivision?  We are planning on moving out there with our 7 month old at the end of the year.  How crowded are their splash pads, parks, etc?

    I personally do not live there, but a bunch of my girlfriends do-they love everything that Summerwood has to offer ( most of the time parks get full are on holidays- my BFF said that summers are great bc she gets to interact with other moms in that area) hope this helps ;)
