Moving to area...looking for rental

I am moving to the San Diego area in a couple months. Does anyone have any leads on any rental properties. I have two dogs. My only request is that it has a fenced in yard and is under 2000 dollars.

    Any part...just not super far out and not north of del mar, but as far south as the Mexican border. I don't care about number of bedrooms, bathrooms, size, etc. Just needs to have a yard and be under 2000 dollars.

    My husband and I are trying to rent out our two bedroom two bathroom condo in Lakeside for $1300/ mo (not including pet deposit), but we don't have a yard.  There is a grassy area and the complex is pet friendly.  The only HOA rules that we know of regarding pets are that there cannot be more than two per unit and eat animal has to be 35 lbs or less (I'll have to check that to be 100% sure).  Let me know if you'd like some pictures!

    Thanks, but it has to have an attached fenced in private yard.  That is a deal breaker.

    Darn Katie, wish we were moving sooner.  That sounds PERFECT for us.  But 20 months to relocate seems SO far away!  I'll have to get back with you again when the time rolls around for us to move. :)

    Yeah please do because who knows if we will have tenants in there at the time! :) It's a great little condo and complex, it's just too far from our current jobs.  We really do love the place though.
