I registered for the Chicco car seats that fit in a certain Chicco stroller. The stroller fits 2 car seats... AND converts to a regular stroller as well. I think this is much better than getting the DSNG and then having to get rid of it as soon as you're done with the "car seat" phase. This stroller serves both purposes.

If you don't get the DSNG, how would you transport the babies until they are big enough to use the SIt n Stand?
The double sit n stand holds two carseats and then converts to a regular double. I just can't decide if I want to deal with the weight of it every time I get them out of the car...
We got the DSNG and the combi twin sport. For us getting those 2 was more economical than any other stroller that fit carseats and converted. Plus they fit in our small-ish car!

Ohok, I thought it was just a regular stroller with a kickboard on the back to stand on.

My only complaint is that when both car seats are in, the "back" baby can't see as much and will often get fussy earlier. I am looking forward to when they can sit in it without their car seats.
We also have a DSNG a friend borrowed us but haven't used it yet mostly because I haven't taken the time to learn how to use it. (I realize this isn't hard but you all know how the simple tasks just don't get done!)
FWIW, we will also be getting a double jogging stroller next spring.

I went DSNG - it was AWESOME.
My friend went the Chico double route and is selling it after two uses. The thing is so heavy she can't get it in and out of her car.

We have this one that fits our car seats:
