IF this does happen and we all meet up some place will we all be wearing name tags with our SNs? Mine isn't too weird of a SN, but some I could imagine would be hilarious to say out loud to get someone's attention. Haha.
Also with people we have become "friends" with on here, do you walk up and politely shake hands like strangers or go straight for the @ss grab followed by a wink? Is there really an in-between?
Also, since the votes show Vegas as the tentative place I can't get the image of 500 woman wearing their babies in a casino playing slots out of my head!
I can't seriously be alone in this can I?

I'll be leaving DD with DH if we go! But we could do something more family oriented if y'all want?
I think in a few months I'll be ok with a weekend away...?
I think we should do a Dallas Zoo/Aquarium meetup in October when it is cooler.
THIS would be convinient for sure...I live 2 hours from Dallas :-). And the Aquarium there is so awesome, it would be great for a family type of one.
But but but Dallas is nowhere near New York! Booo
. I wish we could shrink the United States. Maybe Bump Kathleen knows how to do that? 
That would be fun. I live about 5 hours away, but my parents live in Dallas.

I was trying to figure out what'd I'd do... I had a frantic moment thinking "youll dry up!"
Kellbelle- Its not a bad drive up 35! I just wanted to say I grew up around SA :-)
It's not too bad at all. The worst part is Austin traffic but now they have this bypass you can take to avoid going through town...saves so much time!

I just told my husband and he shockingly didn't freak out. He said he might be able to combine it with a business trip and then his company would pay for our hotel.
...but then my H and baby would be coming.

I personally like the idea of a family/baby oriented meet up. I know a lot of the woman on hear get tired of baby talk, but we are a baby/mama forum. I would love to meet all the babies in real life. Plus like I said I am not willing to leave DH or baby over night.
I will gladly do one girls only and one mama+baby get together while in whatever location we choose.
And stocking up on breastmilk isn't that easy for ladies with supply issues. I'm lucky if DH doesn't have to drive to my work to get what I just pumped to keep up with Pey.
I know a G2G is going to be hard to agree on 100% between so many woman but I feel like we can find a little more middle ground here.

Aw thank you! And the Grams/Windu matchup is courtesy of Mrs.E! (I hope I have the right one, I CONSTANTLY confuse Mrs.E and Mrs.A--I can tell a difference once I see your sigs but just by name alone it is confusing!) We had a thread a while back that mentioned grams and how she would be mace windu of dawson's creek and she made it for me, so awesome.
Ladies, tell your husbands you will win back the money in Vegas. Problem solved :-).
I like Vegax because we can drive but something more family oriented would probably be best. Unless we can combine the 2? Flights may be cheaper if everyone flies into a major hub.
Yup! I did it to someone from the bump 2012. She was an occasional poster, and I haven't noticed her on the bump in a long time. We happened to be in the same birthing class. She posted about our hospital's birthing rooms the same day that we had the tour. I was like that sounds really familiar so the next class I asked her. Sure enough, a 2012 bumpy. She lives in a city about 30 minutes away.
