  We only get vaccines at 2,4,6,12 & 18 months. Then not again until 5 years old.

  A lot of docs don't do a 3 month checkup at all, unless you are staggering vaccines.  If you did all of the recommended ones at 2 months, there shouldn't be any at 3.

  There aren't any if you're following the standard schedule and got vaccinated for all 8 diseases at 2 months (Hep B, Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, HiB, IPV, Rotovirus, PCV). We split ours in half (5 at 2 months, 3 at 3 months) so we go back in for a shots-only visit for those.
