Brooklyn Nannies

Way too soon for me to start my search but wondering if any of you who already have nannies have any suggestions or tips on how to find a good one?  It seems like an impossible task!

    I have the same question! It feels almost overwhelming. Obviously people have figured it out but how?

    As a full time nanny I would recommend sittercity or care Dot com. Both websites require background checks and references before any profile can be set up. Word of mouth also does wonders. Make sure to ask for recent references and when interviewing ALWAYS do it in person. Even a person with the best references might not feel right.
