Here's some background: Since LO was born she has slept with me or I've laid down with her in my bed and moved her to her crib; 2 feet from my bed, after she fell asleep. She was on a heart/sleep apnea monitor and had reflux so it just felt better to keep her superextraclose. About 7 weeks ago she started STTN

and I told myself that when she'd accomplished that then I would start putting her in her crib to sleep. Last Friday night we do the normal bath, bottle, bed routine and I take her into our room and lay her down in bed with me. She sits up, lays down, sits up, lays down, etc- I say: Lay down please time to go night night. She sits up and points to her crib. No $hit. LOL I said: Do you want to be in your bed? And she claps. So I put her in her crib, turn on her aquarium, tuck her in with her teddy and blanket and Kiss My Grits! This child was asleep in 8 mins flat. And she's done it every night since. ~cue choir music~ HALLLLEEELUUUJAHHHH!
