When I got down to two pumps instead of taking away a pump, I reduced time on both pumps in tandum until I got down to about 10 minutes on each pump. Then when I got to the weekend (easier to handle than while working) I pumped friday night, then Saturday mid-day. then not again until Sunday night .... after that I really only had to pump one more time for like 10 minutes a couple of days later to take the edge off. I took Sudafed for like 2 days to try to help reduce the milk flow. And just in case you aren't prepared - I swear I could still hand express milk for like 2 plus months after I stopped- it was crazy how long that part went on for (I wasn't leaking though thankfully).

Thanks. I knew that it could take a few months to dry up.
After getting down to 2 pumping sessions per day for about a month, I lost the will to pump & quit cold turkey with no ill effects. It.Was.Beautiful ... glad I made it past 1 year, but so so so glad to be done.

Re: Eping & Weaning Question
Thanks. I am actually not working anymore. But I was thinking the night one is the one I want to drop. It's just hard to finally decide to do it.
