  I have at least one really bad headache each week where Tylenol does absolutely nothing for it.  They are so bad I have had to miss work.  I normally would take an Aleve and a couple Excedrin Migraine with a really bad headache and 2 extra strength Tylenol doesn't cut it.  I know all too well how bad these pregnancy headaches suck!!

  Hopefully your doctor can figure something out for you so they aren't so bad in the future.

  I was getting migraines for the first part of second tri, and my OB told me I could take Tylenol and drink caffeine when I felt I was getting a headache.  She said taking something right away would cut it, so it wouldn't be so bad.  It worked for me!

  Me = lean PCOS;DH = poor morphology (3%)
  3 IUI/TI cycles = BFN
  IVF #1 with ICSI: antagonist protocol = BFFN
  IVF #2 with ICSI : Lupron downregulation = BFFN...FML

  Have you tried caffeine?  Maybe drink a little bit of regular Coke?  I get migraines normally and had them even worse in the 1st trimester since I was trying to avoid all caffeine.  I broke down and now have coffee every morning and haven't had really bad headaches since.  Hope you feel better - they suck!!

  I also was expecting my headaches to go away in the second tri and was very dissapointed.  The best thing I have discovered is generic tylenol with 65 mg caffeine in it.  I buy it at Walgreens and I think its called Tension Headache.  My OB sent me to a neurologist who prescribed me Tylenol 3.  You could ask for that, but to be honest, it doesn't seem to help as much as the tylenol with caffeine.

  I've had chronic headaches since I was in middle school, two or three times a week. I've been so worried about this when I got pregnant because I live off Excedrin and Aleve. I also have a few prescriptions I take for them and none of it is safe while pregnant. The Tylenol does nothing but I still have been trying it. I'm also using icepacks to my head and neck. Caffeine helps a little, not much. I currently have one and it sucks! Hopefully you can find something that works for you.
