Toddler + twins~ leaving house and having a life help! please!

They are 19m apart. Our 2yo currently goes to daycare 3 full days a week since the twins were born and I can leave the house with the twins those 3 days no problem with DSNG. Well they are about out of their infant seats and moving to convertibles, meanwhile we are going to be lessening older dd at daycare.

How am I going to be able to leave with all 3 ever??  Get a leash for 2yo and twins in double stroller?  Get a double with boogie board on it? Where the heck can we even go? I feel like their ages could not be worse and we are going to be stuck in the house 5 days a week and I want to cry thinking about it.

I always wanted to be a sahm and do fun things with the kids, but this whole twins thing i feel makes it impossible to do anything fun.

Any help, advice, or ideas of what I can do so I don't lose my sanity with all 3 in the house all day?

    I'm a big fan of my Ergo.  I only have two, but in my situation I could put one girl on my back in the Ergo and then use a single stroller with the other.  In your case, you could put one in an Ergo (or similar carrier) and then use a double stroller.  My girls are 3.5 and I can still carry them on my back and do it occassionally (they are around 26 and 31 lbs now).  I did have leashes for my girls which they loved wearing, but I never had much luck with them.  Who knows, maybe that's because I had two trying to go two different directions.

    Mine are spaced a little farther apart. Twins are 6 mo. and DS is close to 3. I am seriously going to cry when the girls outgrow their infant seats. I love the DSNG.

    Are your babies happy in a stroller? Mine are and I find going to the park doable. Shopping at places with carts is also manageable if I push the babies in the stroller and pull DS in a cart.

    It gets easier with practice. I promise :).

    They are happy in the stroller. But my 2yo doesn't listen so that is the problem. Can't exactly chase her with twins in a stroller or help her on the play equipment at the playground.  What double do you have that you find easy to maneuver and pull a cart?

    I have a 2-year-old and 4 month old twins, so I'm in the same boat.  I have a leash for DD and the DSNG for the twins, but honestly, I haven't taken all 3 of them anywhere yet!  Haha.  I'll be reading the responses for tips too.  DH will be taking all 3 of them to day care starting Monday, so I'll ask him how it goes...glad it's not me!

    I'm using the DSNG right now, but when they outgrow it I'll use the Graco Duoglider. It's not the easiest thing to pull a cart behind, but it's possible. I also have a Valco to use at the park or other places with uneven surfaces.

    And I hear you on the not listening. 2 year olds are tough! I don't know if you have a lot of parks near you, I've just tried a bunch of different ones and picked those that are less crowded and have the best set up for toddlers. If the babies are visible the whole time, I feel comfortable helping DS on the equipment. It's not like the babies are going anywhere, kwim? I do think when they are mobile and not content to sit in the stroller, we'll be a lot more limited.
