If its a boy the name will be:
Braden Randal
If its a girl the name will be:
Bryleigh/Briley/Brilye Mae
My favorite is Brilye Mae.....DH favorite is Bryleigh Mae
The only reason I don't care for Bryleigh, is because my best friends Lo is Kyleigh.
What is your favorite for a girls name??

Re: Need help with girls name
Good luck finding another Briley fan on this board, regardless of how you spell it.

IT'S A BOY
I would go with Briley (or Brylee)
Brilye looks like it would be pronounced differently.
*Siggy Warning*

The middle names are family names, that's why they are spelled like that.

I think it sounds juvenile. Also, the -lee ending and the creative spellings are elements that mark it as modern, rural, and low-SES. This board tends to favor the antique and neo-traditional names that are popular among urban, coastal, college-educated white people, so Briley doesn't fit the style that gets love here.
In any event, if you choose this name, I'd go with Briley because it is simple. Bryleigh is more complicated ? you have to explain both the strange y and the alternative ending. But both Briley and Bryleigh are better than Brilye. I wouldn't even guess that Brilye was supposed to be pronounced like Briley ? I'd guess BRILL-yuh, as if it were some obscure Scandinavian name.

yuck. those names are not cute or unique, which i'm sure you think they are.
avoid unless your goal is for your kid to be on 'toddlers and tiaras' one day.
You are right, Mae as a mn needs more than one syllable as a fn. What about
Bethany
Brigette
Bailey
Brittany
Brenna

I would suggest something more legitimate than Bryliegh, et al.
Briana Mae
Brandy Mae
Bridget/Brigitte Mae
Brittany Mae
Although, frankly, I would be constantly tripping over myself trying to keep my 3 Br- children straight.
Sorry but I can't even figure out how you're pronouncing it. It's really looks like a misspelled word, no matter which variation you choose. I would go back to the drawing board.
Also consider Britta! I think Britta Mae would be really pretty
What about...
Brielle
Bridget
Brooke
Blythe
Bianca
Briana
Oh dear. I hate this name with a fire of 1000 suns, but I haven't seen Brilye before. That's new.
You seem to like trendy names. What about:
Aria Mae
Aubrey Mae (still has the -br in it)
Brielle Mae
Caitlin Mae
Chloe Mae
Hadley Mae
Hailey Mae
Harper Mae
Lorelei Mae
Piper Mae
Riley Mae
Tatum Mae
Teagan Mae
