I finally get to see my little pea!

I'm in my second trimester and still have yet to see my baby on an ultrasound. I hear that's more common with midwives and I'm not complaining. But finally in two days I'll get to see the little bugger, whom I have affectionatley nick-named "my little monster" because he/she is very particular about what I will and will not eat and when. Can't wait!

Very cool. We saw our little "gummy bear" about 8 weeks but we can't wait to see him or her again at the 20 week scan. Hope baby is active for you!

I don't think it has to do with MW or not, it has to do with your insurance. I would have only gotten one u/s (the a/s) but they thought there was a problem early on. It would have been that way with an OB or MW.
