Anyone wanna share how you get started on this? I seriously never run unless something is bigger than me and it's chasing me! I'd like to get started once the weather cools some or I do have a treadmill/coat rack upstairs.....
I did W7D1 at lunch time and got rained on. At least it kept it a little cooler - it has been awful here. I normally run in the morning before DH goes to work.

do you have an iphone or an itouch? there's an app and you can use your own music! it's awesome!
I had started this last year to prep for a 5K in October, but it got to be too much for me during the extreme exhaustion of 1st Tri.
I really should try to do it again now, but I really hate running. It's boring to me. I also don't know when I'd have time. I already get up at 5:00 to be at work by 7:30 and don't get home until 5:30 or later and still have to cook supper, play with LO, and get stuff ready for daycare and work the next day. I usually don't get in bed until about 11:30 most nights.
I need to make this a priority rather than make excuses, huh??

I did one run on the treadmill and found it to be so much easier. I just don't want to get use to the treadmill and then not be able to do it outside.

I downloaded a playlist that had the intervals timed out. There was different music playlists for each week.
