Top five boy and girls names (as of today)
I have so many names picked out and in an attempt to start narrowing them down, I am trying to make my top 5 lists. My husband doesn't have opinions on the names much as of yet (he wants to wait until we find out in 4 weeks as to what we are having), but I just have to be thinking about it 
Our last name is Schnell and middle name for a boy is mostly likely going to be Donald (family name). A middle name for a girl will be Janet, June, Corrine, or Rae.
Boys: Jonah, Rowan, Graham, Heath, Gideon
Girls: Marina, Peyton, Hattie, Piper, and Marin
**By the way, I don't want any names that are up and coming or too common so I have any in my list, please let me know.**

not a fan of the girl names, but Marina would be the best one to me
The boy names I like Graham, Rowan, and LOVE Gideon.
The only name I like from the girl list is Maren spelled this way. Marin is a masculine name.
Jonah - very nice name, but if you're looking for something that's less popular, I'd stay away from it. Not only is Jonah itself relatively popular, all those nice-sounding Biblical names are trending right now (Noah, Judah, Levi, Liam, etc.)
Rowan - sounds like a very good choice for you
Graham - LOVE! My fave of your boys names
Heath - also a great choice, just NMS
Gideon - nice name, seems like it's up your alley
Girls:
Marina - okay. Too 'fishy' for me
Peyton - really pretty
Hattie - LOVE! My fave of your girls (Hattie June would be soooo cute)
Piper - also love!...Piper June
Marin - eh. NMS
In this order: Gideon, Graham, Heath, Jonah, Rowan and Marin Rae, Piper Rae, Hattie June, Peyton June, Marina June.

Marina- Sorry, this name was killed for me thanks to the Fresh Beat Band
Peyton- Eh. Gender neutral and so many 'better' names out there IMHO
Hattie- cute, but I wonder if it's too cutesy.
Piper- NMS, trendy
Marin- My favorite but spelled Maren. Marin is the county in California.
This for me, except Graham. Really dislike Gideon for some reason...
Love Hattie for the girls!

Boys - Graham is cute, the others are nms
Girls - I like Peyton, Hattie and Piper. I have heard Piper used more lately, but don't think it's too overdone.

About me 2007: Started TTC. 2008: OB prescribed clomid, went to RE and was Dx with PCOS. 2009: IUI #1 w/follitsim and trigger = BFP. B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!
I pretty much like all your boy names except Jonah, not that it is a bad name just NMS.
Your girl list is a lot more hit or miss for me though and I don't love any of them. Hattie is growing on me in appreciation and Peyton is just OK. The rest are totally NMS
Boys: Jonah, Rowan, Graham, Heath, Gideon
Girls: Marina, Peyton, Hattie, Piper, and Marin
I think you should avoid Rowan if you don't want popular.
I like Heath & Marin.
You have a really great list! For boys I LOVE Graham (I have always loved this name), and Rowan. I really like Heath and Gideon, Jonah has never really appealed to me, but I know a lot of people who like it.
For girls I LOVE Hattie, Piper, and Marin. I like Peyton, and Marina is the only one that is NMS. I have to say that June and Rae are two of my favorite MN's (DD is Emma June and my MN is Rae). I think June would work great with any of those names, Rae with all except Piper.
I just want to give you a world as beautiful as you are to me.
For the boys, I really like Jonah, Graham, and Gideon. Heath is different (in a good way).
For the girls, I really like Marina and Maren (spelled this way). Hattie is cute, but I prefer it as a nn for something else. I hate Peyton so much. Piper is NMS.
