Ok, I know this is far out there and many on here don't like male names for females, but it's my GP name for a girl and wanted to see how far out there it would be! So, let me hear it!
I don't really like this name for either gender, to be honest.
I think it would be OK as a middle name on a girl IF it possibly had either family significance or, say you and your husband met in college in an American lit course.
Otherwise, the random last name as first name trend drives me bonkers.

Re: What do you think of the name Sawyer for a girl?
I prefer it as a middle name if you have to use it. I'm assuming it's a family name.

Ruins it for all the mothers of boys out there that would like to use it for their sons.
This stealing boys' names for girls is really starting to make me mad.
Yea, bc that's far more feminine....
We had someone in a neighboring town just name their girl Sawyer. Sawyer Isis to be exact.
Poor psoriasis...I think it's horrible.
