So now that we have moved away from the primary SIDS risk time, I have noticed more people putting blankets, etc in LO's crib. I am not judging at all, but for me I am still paranoid about putting anything in there. If we get desperate and have to use the seahorse for some reason, I always sneak in after he's asleep and take it out, even if it's in the corner. If I have to put toys in there to occupy him in a safe place for a few mins, I put in hard toys with no plush. I haven't found the courage to change this yet, but the idea of him snuggling with a blankie is so cute!
So.... what's in your LO's crib at night/nap time?

Baby Boy #2 is on the way!
The Precious Planet projector is attached to the crib, but inside there is Scout, the seahores, her blue fleece blanket, and 2 plugs.
We have our old alarm clock set to white noise that sits on the wood floor in front of her bed.
Naps: Seahorse, paci, and soothe blankie
Bedtime: the same minus the seahorse, I just started letting him take his soothe blankie to bed at night. He likes to rub his face with it when he wakes up. I don't use the seahorse at night bc he will kick it and it will wke him up.

He sleeps with an aden and anais muslin blanket. I like it cuz it's nice and light and breathable for the summer. I just got a sleep sheep- giving that a try tonight! Took the breathable bumper off about a month ago cuz DS is starting to pull himself up and I didn't want him to use that as a step and flip over the side. But maybe I'm just being paranoid about that.
