I ordered The Expectant Father from Amazon. (so I have a cute way to tell hubby if I ever get my BFP.) I ordered it from a seller and the condition said new. Got the book today and not only is it used, but written in as well. I contact the seller to get a refund including shipping cost. Has anyone ever experienced with something like this through Amazon? I am only ordering directly from Amazon for now on. On a good note my Wondfos came in, so I have things to pee on. lol

Ooo, that is a big no-no for the seller. I would report them to Amazon and give them a bad rating (after they refund you, of course). Usually sellers on Amazon are pretty good because they know they'll get the boot if they mess up.
That said, I'm an Amazon Prime addict and it is totally worth the 60 bucks a year to get things new and with two-day shipping.
I promise to never forget that this little dude deserves just as much love after the baby comes as he has now.
The seller just got back to me and apologized. He is going to issue me a refund. I was just upset, because I would never have paid 10 bucks if I had know it was a used book. (that was the total cost including shipping.)

I don't blame you for being upset. I have never experienced this myself, and I am an Amazon Prime member. I pretty much buy everything from there. It's almost ridiculous how much I buy...I'm glad you are getting a refund though!
I think that's a fantastic way to tell your H!
lots of to my TBBFF Sothernpeach80 - BABY

I love the book idea it's so cute.
hopefully you get your money back without issue and I would definately be complaining to Amazon.
I do LOVE Amazon though but I usually order direct from Amazon (I guess now I have more reason to continue to do so).
