Red pin prick spots on LO

LO had a tiny red pin prick dot on her stomach but I ignored as I have some of these too. Well today there is one on her scalp and three on her face-it is not a rash, but literally look like a pin prick dot. Im calling ped tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone else has had this. Of course I read scary stuff online on what it could be but Im not going to panic

    My LO has these. She had a ton on her belly once. Not bright red, but a dull red, like red freckles. Everything else about her was fine, so I just let them be and asked the Dr at her next appt. The Dr said she might jut have sensitive skin, but it's fine. She still has them on random areas on random days. There are a lot less compared to the first time I noticed them, but maybe 10 on her whole body? But, now I don't worry. They don't bother her - just looks like a random freckle. Hope that helps!
