Pinterest - Wins and Fails

Since I know some of you are Pinterest addicts like me, I thought it would be fun to compare which projects we loved and which we did not love.

So share your Pinterest wins and fails below. (For the fails, I suggest linking to the pin, and not directly to the blog, as clicky links are traceable by the bloggers and I don't want to hurt anyone's feeling.)

Oh hellz to the no, Pinterest is now blocked. When did this happen? Angry

Well my win was going to be these yummy chocolate mug cakes we made last night. Om nom nom! (Although it's a little scary knowing that I can now make chocolate cake in my microwave anytime I like!) I will have to come back tonight and post the link.

My recent fails were an icky breakfast "cookie" I pinned from a healthy living blog, and a t-shirt to tank top DIY project that didn't look as cute as it did online.

FAIL: For mother's day I did photo collages on painted terra cotta pots-they came super cute until water collected in the drip tray and then the pictures got all smear-y even though they had like 5 coats of acrylic coat on them = (

I haven't had really any fails...been pretty lucky.

We have done a ton of Pinterest stuff, lots of crafts, cooking, cleaning tips. Some of my most recent faves....links are to my own blog.

You totally need to link the texas toast french toast from your blog-I saw it at Easter time and we tried it-it's a huge hit and a regular staple for Sunday morning breakfasts!

FAIL: A clothespin Christmas card wreath. It was a nightmare that just looked like a misshapen mess of clothespins. And all the pins spun around, so it didn't work at all. Absolute FAIL.

I'm glad the homemade Twix was a win! I've been meaning to try that out. Twix is one of my all time favorite candies.
