  I had one lap but still needed IVF to conceive. What is your RE recommending you do next? After our lap we were told 3 natural cycles but of course they were all a bust. He wanted me to go straight to IVF but I insisted on an IUI (also a fail) but my 1st IVF worked.

  I didn't have the issues with fibroids like you have BTU my endo was enough to keep me infertile after the lap, but I have heard of it being successful for a few. GL to you!

  Me: 37 DH: 40 TTC since 9/09
  #1 BFP 1/10/11; missed m/c discovered 7w5d
  IF Dx: Endo, hetero MTHFR mutation, poor morphology
  #1 IUI: 1/18/12 = BFN
  #1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
  H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
  #2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
  M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!

  I had a lap in January 2012 to remove a cyst on my left ovary. I also had endo that he was able to remove. Since he had to pull the cyst off my ovary I went on BCPs after the lap to keep my ovary resting. I was able to start treatments again in April and then got pregnant our second cycle of treatments. 

  TTC #1 since 11/10 | Diagnosed with PCOS 11/28/11 | Lap 1/20/12: stage 2 endo & cyst removal
  Clomid- No response
  Metformin 1500 mg Femara 5mg + Trigger + TI Round 2 = BFP!
  Beta 13DPO: 115, Beta 16dpo: 561 BFP Chart

  I had a lap where they removed stage II endo as well as a few fibroids and polyps. Unfortunately I still needed IVF to conceive but I do know ladies who conceived after their laps without IVF (still needed IUI for MFI issues). GL!

  Me: 32 - Stage II Endo / DH: 36 - Low count and morphology (1%)
  IUIs 1-3 BFN, lap Dec. 2010, IUIs 4-6 BFN
  IVF w/ICSI #1 - ER 2/8: 24R 19M 9F ET 2/13 2-5 day blasts (no frosties) = BFP - b/g twins!

  I had a lap which removed some endo and detached my uterus from my bladder and abdomenal wall.  I also needed some repair to my right tube.

  I got pg on an unmedicated cycle (2 cycles after my lap).

  Good luck!

  ~after 34 cycles we finally got our 2nd little bundle of joy~
