    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 115 or 110 haven't fully decided yet.. but definitely to get back into my prebaby clothes!
    Milestones towards goal: 125 (X!) 120 115 110

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Lost 2.2lbs! Woohoo!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals:Walk..get Zumba Dvd's from my sister (uh an do them haha)
    Nutrition goals: Doing pretty well here..but we are still going out to eat about once a week..maybe cut back to once every other week..and we go to frozen yogurt almost everyday..maybe cut back to 3 or 4 times
    Self care goals: Get my bangs trimmed

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 135
    Milestones towards goal: 150/145/140/135

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I maintaned the 1.8 I lost the previous week.  I went back to work and didn't cry.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals:  golf and try to get the 30 day shred going
    Nutrition goals:  I bought healthy foods today so bring healthy lunches and don't go out to eat.
    Self care goals:  Take a little me time when LO goes down for the night.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week:  It will only get easier
    Miscellaneous goals: keep the house picked up during the week.  No meetings this week so spend more time at home with LO while she is awake.  Get a babysitter lined up for a few days in September.

    Cycle 12~ 50 mg Clomid=BFP 9/9/11, Beta #1=280 & Beta #2=1513, 6w3d hb=122 bpm/ 8w2d hb=186 bpm/12w2d could not hear hb had a 3rd u/s and got to see the hb. 16w2d heard the hb! 156 bpm. A/S 1/3=girl

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 125 lbs (college weight)
    Milestones towards goal: 135 130 125

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: No weight loss, but no weight gain.... still 139.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Continue to do 30DS 3-4 times a week
    Nutrition goals: Pack lunch to work and avoid the vending machine
    Self care goals: Pedicure and hair cut soon
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: First full week back to work- it'll be ok!
    Miscellaneous goals: Get DD#1's birthday invitations ready to mail tomorrow

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 150
    Milestones towards goal: 180, then 10 lb increments after that to 150.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Did a 10 minute mile.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Back to the gym running once sunburn subsides.
    Nutrition goals: Splurged this weekend while camping so just get back on track of eating steamed veggies and salads. But the beer and pizza did hit the spot!
    Self care goals: Get out of the ponytail rut and actually do my hair in the morning for work!
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Don't be nervous about the interview. You have a lot of great skills that you downplay. Show them off!
    Miscellaneous goals:Keep up better in the garden with weeds and picking.

  • I hope  you do not mind if I join you all. I used to blog about my weight loss after I had DD. Life has turned out to be a little busy with 2 under 2, so I stopped blogging all together. I am still looking for a place to share my ups and downs and be held accountable. That in itself helped me a lot last time.

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: I would like to get to somewhere between 120-130
    Milestones towards goal: Right now my goal is 185.... losing the 10 pounds I gained back since having DS.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes:  I joined weight watchers online last Thursday and looking forward to starting my first full week. I weigh in on Monday's

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: I am going to start out slow on this, and say I hope to get in a walk 3 times this week.
    Nutrition goals: Keep on plan and track my points all week long.
    Self care goals: I really need to get my hair cut.. so hopefully I can make some time for that this week.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I can do this!
    Miscellaneous goals: I have to take the NLN Nursing School Admission test on September 4. My goal this week is to start cracking down on my studying. I need to pass it this time.

     

  • RAH! RAH! SIS-BOOM-BAH!-  Having a team of ladies all doing this together is such great motivation!

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: Get back to my comfort weight 110 lbs give or take a couple. Ultimately I want to be happy looking at myself naked again AND be fitting in my clothes come fall! I want bright colored skinny jeans but won't buy unless I'm feeling good about myself and happy with where my body is.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I lost 2 lbs. last week and when I went to a bridal shower on Saturday my husband told me I looked beautiful and like I lost weight!

    Unfortunatley I ended the week eating more pizza then I should have but hey, sometimes you just have to!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Hopefully 3 days of workouts and get in some cardio over the weekend.
    Nutrition goals: Everything in moderation
    Self care goals: I am finally going to the dermatologist for this irritation i've had lately on my lips and I'm scheduling a facial after... and maybe even a bikini wax!
     
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I'm getting in the zone!
    Miscellaneous goals: Break out of my clothing rut. I dont' want to be in comfies all the time!

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 134
    Milestones towards goal: 168 (5%), 161 (pre-pregnancy weight), 159 (10%), then I need to decide after that.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I kept w/i my ww points and lost 5lbs.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: I walked once and that is probably all I'll do.
    Nutrition goals: Stay w/i ww points
    Self care goals: Having gallbladder removed on Wednesday.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: You can do this.
    Miscellaneous goals: Don't over do it after my operation. Let people help me.

    This group is awesome.  It's very encouraging and I'm excited to be a part of it :)

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: I would like to get down to 150.  That's 25 lbs below pre-pregnancy weight, and about what I weighed before I started fertility treatments 3 yrs ago.


    Milestones towards goal: Well I am just starting but I will be shooting to get to 175 first which was my pre-preg weight.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes:

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Yoga each morning, gradually building up on time.  Also a walk in the park every day with the boys.
    Nutrition goals: Resist the urge to eat quick meals for convenience, and focus on healthy balanced meals.  Also limit myself to 1 can of pop a day.
    Self care goals: Getting new glasses and trying to keep up with regular chiropractic adjustments to help with my chronic headaches.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I can do this!  Baby steps.
    Miscellaneous goals:Get a little bit of cleaning/organizing done each day so it doesn't get so overwhelming.

    Last weeks successes: No weight loss this week (still at 158). However have lost a total of 7 lbs since starting workout schedule 1 month ago and a total of 22 lbs since birth of baby.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN: 
    Fitness goals: Started 30 day shred today (whoa mama!)
    Nutrition goals: Keep eating fruits and veggies to fill up
    Self care goals: Want to get my hair done this week.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Goal to loose 1 lb a week
    Miscellaneous goals: Stay on my fitness schedule of 4 days a week.
