Gag or real? (gender test)

Is this thing a gag or something that really works? My husband actually found something like this or maybe this exact thing at the drugstore when he was getting me something and asked me if I wanted it so I looked it up. There are so many reviews and they don't help because I think Amazon lists the positive ones first so convince you. WDYT?

When a third of the reviews are completely negative, I tend to side with scam or crap (generally, both). If you look at the star counts, you can click on the ones with only 1 star to sort them.

This. There is nothing in your pee that can tell you the sex of your baby. I know it's nice to think so, but sadly the only way to know the sex is to look for lady parts or man parts at your anatomy scan at (or around) 20ish weeks.

Gender you won't know until baby decides to identify one way or the other.

Everything everyone else said........ these tests are about 50% accurate.. so unless you want to count the chances of having a baby with both male and female parts, it's no more accurate than guessing whether you will have a boy or girl

I read the back of the box once out of curiosity. It said it was about 50% accurate. I am too. Pay me 5 dollars less and I'll tell you what you're having.

I don't think its a gag however. Just a ploy to make money off people who know no better.

It's a gag. I actually used one of these tests for free with DS. I had already been told I was having a boy from an ultrasound. The test said girl. The test is bound to be right sometimes. After all, it's a 50/50 chance. Why pay $20 for a guess?

The ones I have seen do not say "gag" they are sold in the pharmacy area of local stores like Meijer and Walmart. The only thing they say is 50% accurate which is why I was saying not a gag really, just trying to get $$ out of folks :l

sad but true, at least in my area.
