Post-Lap Follow Up Appointment

Just got back from my post-lap appointment, and it went very well. My endometriosis was only in stage 1, and he was able to get all of it. He said if he had to put a label on my infertility though, he would say it was the cervical stenosis. He said my cervix was so narrow, he could not get any instruments in. He also said it probably caused the endo that I did have. He was very encouraging and said that he's had long-lasting results with the procedure that he performed to widen it. So, our next steps are to do 3 natural cycles. If I'm not pregnant by then, we will do 3 Clomid cycles. If I'm still not pregnant after that, he said we would then start some more serious fertility treatments, but he says he is really optimistic about our chances now and doesn't think we'll need to worry about that.
